This is a great way to not only store, but also display a pair of wine glasses and a standard sized wine bottle or glass water bottle for those who do not partake. I was a bit worried that the glasses would topple as my set are not a traditional style, but rather are more squared off than rounded. But the glasses fit great and stay secured. This item doesn't allow for a smaller, larger, or differently shaped wine bottles. It only works with standard sized bottles, and that has worked fine for me. Five plus stars!
A HIGHLY giftable item. Solid wood, quality craftsmanship, and a beautiful natural finish. All edges and cuts are smooth, without any splintering. The center hole fits down on most any standard bottle also has 3 little tiers on the inside to help secure the fit, which is a very thoughtful touch. The wine glass holders fit any stem, so you could do gin and martini glasses, sparkling water and goblets, wine and respective glasses, brandy and sniffers, etc. It's truly a gorgeous, very well made unique piece. I plan on ordering several for housewarming and Christmas gifts, as well as one to keep at a rental unit for guests. It's just such a cheerful, welcoming touch.
I never knew I needed this until I saw this! LOL but seriously. I love simple, functional, but still beautiful pieces. Truly unique and simple but impactful. I got the walnut color and it was packaged in bubble wrap, great stain color- not too red like some walnut stains are. The cutouts are smooth. Shown in my photos with a standard shape wine bottle and wide top coupe champagne glasses—fits perfectly! I tested it on a sparkling wine bottle with larger wine bottles- it works but you'd have to test the size to be sure depending on the type. This would be so awesome to use as a display or for a cute drinks for two. Also a really unique gift idea to bring to a party! Call me impressed!
